On Saturday, June 9, the Earthquakes hosted their first-ever Amateur Photographer Night, inviting non-professional photographers to shoot the team’s match vs. LAFC and share their favorite images on the Quakes’ website.

Tell us a little about yourself. Where are you from, what do you do, etc.:

I am from San Jose and the founder of Content Magazine a local publication that focuses on the Creative culture San Jose and the South Bay

Favorite things to photograph and why?

I enjoy meeting the people and capturing a unique portrait of them

What first got you into photography?

I began doing photographer for yearbook class at Silver Creek High School

Why did you want to participate in this Quakes event?

I also have wanted to give sports photography try and I am a long time Quakes fan.
